The TrinityTest Site, where the first atomic bomb was exploded on July 16, 1945, is open to the public on the first Saturday of April and October. John Robinson was a teenager living in Bent, NM when the Trinity blast occured. His father saw the flash of light, and said "I don't know what happened over there, but I think the War will end soon."
