The Santa Fe Spanish Market, held in July, fills the Santa Fe Plaza with artists parton and visitors all celebrating traditional Spanish colonial arts. It is held side by side with the Contemporary Spanish Market which features modern Hispanic artists. Santera Andreas Fresquez-Baros show off one of her colofrul retablos, or painted wooden tablets.
